(September 23, 2007) Minneapolis, MN: Superior Graphite Co. showcased its full line of graphite coatings and lubricants at the 2007 Mid-States Distributing buying days held at the Minneapolis Convention Center September 23-25. Member stores such as Blaine’s Farm & Fleet, Bomgaars, Mills Fleet Farm, Big R Stores, Farm King, Peavey Mart, Orscheln Farm & Home, Rural King and Big Blue Stores were able to learn more about new products Such as MowerGUARD™ and Black Ice™ aerosol graphite coatings. They also were able to get reacquainted with the SLIP Plate® product line that they have used and trusted to sell to their customers for over 20 years.
Black Ice™ is a new graphite lubricant that will not build up and was designed with the military and sportsman in mind. The need for a contact cleaner and lubricant was identified by the military that was currently using our Tube-O-Lube® products in the field, but still were using wet, petroleum-based cleaners that attracted dirt and caused firing malfunctions. Black Ice™ solved this problem by incorporating a unique graphite powder and premium cleaner solution to improve firearm performance.
